What do we provide?
We provide expert, onsite computer help and services.
Our services cover a wide range of computer issues - just about any type of computer support you need. We can provide software and some hardware repairs, system security solutions, wireless and wired networking, data backup and recovery solutions and virus/spyware /adware prevention and removal, Web site design and hosting solutions, health checks, office solutions and complex excel formula's. Old computer to new computer migrations.

Is there a technician near me?
Currently we are servicing the Gold Coast, Tweed and Southern Brisbane areas. Don't worry we will come to you.

Is it easy to book a technician?
Its simple, you can create a booking or simply call the number at the top of the screen and make an appointment. We will run you through our services and costs, acquire the necessary information about the problem you're experiencing and book an appointment time that's convenient for you. Remember if we cant fix it it's FREE!

When are appointments available?
Just call us and we will try and fit you in to a time that is a convenient for you.

Plain English, all your problems will be explain.
We will not confuse you with complex technical jargon; we will explain even the most complicated issues in simple, plain English.

How much will it cost me?
First we will arrive on site and assess the problem and quote you there and then. Please note that there is a one hour minimum for onsite services, then we will charge in 15 minute increments.

How do I pay?
For your convenience, we accept payment by cash or credit card. When you call we will confirm your preferred payment method with you. If it's credit card, after the completion of the job, we can bill you via PayPal online, therefore your credit card details will not be stored, and the transaction will be process by PayPal's encrypted system. After the transaction we / Paypal will email you an invoice and receipt for your records.

What services do your fees cover?
We structure our fees on a time based structure. Therefore it is clear, transparent and easy to understand. The advantage to you is that we can work on multiple computers and/or problems at once without charging more. Please note that the service fees do not include hardware or software which we can help in the advice of what your requirements are.

How much time will it take to resolve my computer issue?
As mentioned previously we will assess and quote you for the work when we first arrive on site. Be assured that, where possible, we will perform the services quickly, onsite, so you can be up and running again as soon as possible.
If we cant fix it, it's Free.

How do I stop from losing my data?
We highly recommend that you always keep a backup of your critical files so you are never at risk. With the cheap cost of external hardware these days, it is always advisable to keep this in a place away from your computer. We can also offer back-up services before we start any work onsite, as a peace of mind for you. We can also help in any backup solutions you would like.

Service Guaranteed to you?
With over 30 years of service we guarantee our technical expertise.
We have devised our guaranteed service on two levels:

1. In the rare occasion where our technician is unable to fix or diagnose the problem because they do not have the        
    technical expertise to do so, then there is no charge for the service. However, if they diagnose a faulty
    component which needs to be replaced and you choose not to proceed or decide to source the parts elsewhere,
    normal call out fees will apply.

2. If you notify us of a problem with the services you were provided, and our diagnosis of the problem indicates that
    our services were not performed satisfactorily, we will work to provide a solution to your problem quickly and at
    no additional cost to you.

Can I buy hardware or software?
We do not supply parts as a rule, but we have a network of suppliers, so we should be able to source the part or software package for you, alternatively your can source your own and we can install and configure your products based on our call out rates.

What if the my computer needs to go offsite?
Sometimes, like in the instance of extensive data recovery, our computer repair services cannot be completed onsite. If this is required we will give you a fixed quote for the offsite repair of your computer as well as let you know when it will be returned. You will also be kept up-to-date at all times on the progress of your repairs while it is offsite.

What if I want don't want to go ahead with the job?
No problem! Just call us on the number you first booked us on at least 24 Hours before the schedule time (or we will have to charge a one hour call out fee) and we either cancel it or reschedule it to a time that more suits you.

Do you offer maintenance contracts for ongoing support?
We can offer you remote support if this is something that you feel comfortable with, we will install a piece of software so we can remote into your computer while you are sat at the keyboard, you will be able to watch what we are doing, also while on the phone. We will only charge the time we are online to fix the issue, that way you are not locked into a contract.

Can I get help or training on my computer or software?
Sure! We work on the principal, train the user, then less support calls :) Please feel free to give us a call to discuss your needs - we're only too happy to help!
